Manila Ocean Park

Last saturday, Meanne and I happen to have an invite for Food Tasting by Manila Catering Services. Since this caterer is a partner of Manila Ocean Park, we happen to have a free entrance in the Manila Ocean Park too since the event was held in one of their function rooms.

Prior to the food tasting event, we roamed / toured around the venue and we both liked it. There were not so many people that Saturday since I believe that entrance fee is quite pricey - at P400+ with 10% discount if you're a manila resident, and 20% if you're a senior citizen. I am not sure how much the child rate is but I think it is lower than what they charge for adults.

We were toured to the four event venues by Mary Rose, an Account Executive for Manila Ocean Park. As far as I can remember there are four (4) venues where three (3) of those is within the Aquarium views. I think the most expensive is the central function room that can only be reserved for functions after the Ocean Park visitor hours, 8:00 PM. If you have the budget, then go for this venue. However, one concern is that your wedding maybe sacrificed since your guests will take advantage to tour the place rather than celebrate with you on the wedding.

Pardon the resolution as these pictures were taken from my Nokia 6120 mobile phone with 2.0 megapixel resolution only.
